How To Survive The 8th Grade at AdVENTURE

AdVENTURE is a great program. It’s pretty easy, you just have to know what to do. As an 8th grade I survived the part of the school year that I was there by paying attention and communicating with others. I joined AdVENTURE in November so I was clueless for half a week about what was going on so I asked my class members to help me catch up, teach me how to do blogs, and how to use all the different technology programs we use. If I never got help from my classmates it would’ve taken me longer to catch up to where everyone else was at.

This school year has been amazing I don’t think I would want to change anything about it. The teachers here are amazing and they put in a lot of effort and hardwork to make sure that we learn and understand the information given to us. Most teachers just teach the required material and move on. To survive the 8th grade at AdVENTURE all you need is the amazing teachers we have here and great friends that can help if if you are struggling academically or not.

AdVENTURE isn’t hard but dealing with stress is. Sometimes your projects won’t go the way you expected it to or something will happen but when you stress out it makes everything worse. You could be stressing yourself over the most smallest thing but you won’t realize that you don't need to worry about it and you can fix it easily but you are stressing yourself out.

The most easiest thing about AdVENTURE is what you’re learning. Learning is the easiest thing because as I mentioned earlier the teachers here at AdVENTURE help us understand what they are trying to teach us so we can prepare for high school, college, and whatever happens after.

I liked the way my teachers did everything, I don’t think I’d want to change the way they teach or do stuff. The way they teach is fun and I was able to learn a lot of things in a short period of time.  I don’t think I would’ve had it any other way. I wish I could have been able to learn more in a certain class but this school year is about to end .
